Terms and Conditions for Group Bookings / Advanced Bookings
1. Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure all group bookings.
- The deposit must be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the chosen booking date.
- Failure to pay the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
2. Booking Confirmation
- Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by management.
- We will provide you with a booking confirmation via email once the deposit is processed.
3. Menu Options and Pricing
- Tasting Experience:
- Available for groups of up to 10 people.
- Price per person (pp): £49.
- Buffet Menu:
- Available for groups of 11 people or more.
- For groups of 11 to 19 people, the price per person is £50.
- For groups of 20 to 50 people, the price per person is £40.
- The maximum group size we can accommodate is 50 people.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you cancel your booking, the deposit will be retained by the restaurant to cover administrative costs and potential loss of business.
- The deposit may be refunded only if the cancellation is made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
5. Changes to Your Booking
- Any changes to the number of guests in your party must be communicated to the restaurant as soon as possible.
- If the number of guests changes and impacts your menu selection (e.g., from an Experience Menu to a Buffet Menu or vice-versa), the pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
6. General
- The group booking agreement is subject to the availability of the Lobster Lounge and Crab Shack.
- The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to any person or group.
- By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
