Terms and Conditions for Group Bookings / Advanced Bookings

 

 1. Deposit and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure all group bookings.
  • The deposit must be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the chosen booking date.
  • Failure to pay the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

 

2. Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by management.
  • We will provide you with a booking confirmation via email once the deposit is processed.


3. Menu Options and Pricing

  • Tasting Experience:
    • Available for groups of up to 10 people.
    • Price per person (pp): £49.
  • Buffet Menu:
    • Available for groups of 11 people or more.
    • For groups of 11 to 19 people, the price per person is £50.
    • For groups of 20 to 50 people, the price per person is £40.
  • The maximum group size we can accommodate is 50 people.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel your booking, the deposit will be retained by the restaurant to cover administrative costs and potential loss of business.
  • The deposit may be refunded only if the cancellation is made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

 

5. Changes to Your Booking

  • Any changes to the number of guests in your party must be communicated to the restaurant as soon as possible.
  • If the number of guests changes and impacts your menu selection (e.g., from an Experience Menu to a Buffet Menu or vice-versa), the pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

 

6. General

  • The group booking agreement is subject to the availability of the Lobster Lounge and Crab Shack.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to any person or group.
  • By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
